Like many other legal practice areas, environmental law is a highly specialized field which is constantly evolving. Law firms who do not have full-time environmental lawyers may be missing opportunities to expand the legal services they are providing to their clients.
The firm has assisted a number of firms with the environmental issues posed by corporate or real estate transactions. The firm has helped law firms retain client matters they would have had to otherwise refer to another law firm.
We have established a variety of billing arrangements with law firms that allow the firms to participate in the revenues generated by the assignment. We are also sensitive to the needs of law firms to protect their client relationships and will structure our arrangements in a way that meets the needs of a particular law firm.
